            Steps of pawanmuktasana:


First lie down in a straight position on your back with your feet together and arms beside your body.
Bring your right knee towards your chest with exhalation.
With clasped hands, press the thigh on your abdomen.
Breathe in again and with exhalation lift your head and chest off the floor and touch your chin to your right knee.
Hold the position, with long and deep breathing. 
When you exhale, tighten the grip of the hands on the knee and increase the pressure on the chest.
Inhale and loosen the grip. 
Exhale and come back to the ground and relax.
Repeat this pose with the left leg. 
Put your both the legs together.
