Leg Circle Exercise
In your routine you need to include simple Leg circle Exercise.
Leg circles are a great move mat exercise for strengthening the core, and hip muscles, and improving pelvic stability. Single leg circle strengthens the quadriceps and hamstrings. It also promotes a healthy hip joint. It's a great opportunity to work the abdominals while keeping in mind centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.
Safety and Precautions
This exercise should be avoided during pregnancy as it could lead to pubic bone pain as hormones relax the pubic symphysis. In case of pain or injury to your neck or shoulders, do this exercise with your head down and bottom arm extended rather than being supported by your upper arm. If you feel any pain don't push through the exercise, which may cause damage to your muscles.
